Pen Display DTH-1320

Touch input stops working on a Radial menu when opened on the Cintiq Pro 13 touch.

What you can do about it while we fix it: If you have already installed the 6.4.13 driver, uninstall it and install the 6.4.12-3 driver.

The cursor does not follow the pen tip when using Pan/Scroll Legacy.

What you can do about it while we fix it: If you prefer to see the cursor move while using the Pan/Scroll Legacy feature, uninstall the current driver and install the 6.4.11-1 driver.

When a main monitor and pen display are duplicated, the touch feature on a Grid panel is unresponsive.

What you can do about it while we fix it: Extend the displays (instead of duplicating them), or mirror the non-main display monitor.

Force proportions does not work as expected when using the Display toggle feature.

On ARM-based computers running Windows 11, you cannot update the driver or firmware from Wacom Center.

What you can do about it while we fix it: Download the current driver from the Wacom website.

Touch is overly sensitive and accidental actions can occur when drawing.

What you can do about it while we fix it: Uninstall the current driver and install the 6.4.6-2 driver.

Pen Displays All models

On the Pen tip to cursor alignment screen, the up/down arrows intermittently do not display in the Horizontal and Vertical offset fields.

What you can do about it while we fix it: Drag the blue dot away from the crosshair with your pen tip or mouse. Or, place your cursor inside the offset fields and type in the numbers.
