What's new in 6.4.0

Support for the new Wacom Cintiq Pro 27 and the launch of Wacom Center

  • Support for Wacom's newest creative pen display, the Wacom Cintiq Pro 27.
  • The launch of Wacom Center, an easy, intuitive application to access your Wacom device and settings.
    • Note: Wacom Center replaces Wacom Desktop Center and requires Windows 10 or 11.
    • If you use Windows 7 or 8, Wacom recommends using the 6.3.46-2 driver with Wacom Desktop Center.
  • Please note that the 6.4.0 driver does not support the products listed below:
    • Intuos (CTH-480, CTL-480, CTH-680, CTL-680)
    • Intuos 5 (PTH-450, PTK-450, PTH-650, PTK-650, PTH-850)
    • Cintiq 24HD (DTH-2400, DTK-2400)
    • Cintiq Companion (DTH-W1300)
    • Cintiq Companion Hybrid (DTH-A1300)
    For the latest driver that supports these products, please download and install the 6.3.46-2 driver.
  • For certain devices, we added a "Redeem software offers" button on the Wacom Center main page to help you easily access available offers.

Touch will sometimes map to the incorrect display when using the Cintiq Pro 27 with two or more displays.

What you can do about it while we fix it: Press Windows + R to open the Windows Run... dialog. Enter "multidigimon -touch" without quotes and then follow the on-screen Windows prompts to help it map touch inputs to the correct displays.

A four-finger left/right swipe to switch applications does not work.

What you can do about it while we fix it: Set a pen button or ExpressKey to “Switch Application”.

After using Tablet Mode, when you switch back to Display Mode, the pen does not correctly map back onto the Cintiq Pro, but continues to map to the display screen(s).

What you can do about it while we fix it: There is a Monitor drop-down menu in the Wacom Tablet Properties Calibration tab. Select the Cintiq Pro from the drop-down list. Alternatively, you can disconnect the Cintiq Pro from the computer and then reconnect. Or, you can restart the Cintiq Pro.
