Driver 6.4.8-2 for macOS
Released on November 21, 2024
What's new
  • Made improvements to Display toggle's usability.
  • Streamlined the Wacom Center user interface by removing the Software Offers button. All Software offers can easily be accessed from the Wacom Center navigation bar.
  • Removed the Tilt sensitivity feature, as applications no longer require it.
  • Please note that this driver does not support the Cintiq Companion 2 (DTH-W1310). For the latest driver that supports this product, please download and install the 6.4.7-2 driver.

If you need assistance enabling specific macOS Privacy & Security settings so that the Wacom driver works properly, see these instructions for details.

If two versions of the same application with the same executable name (e.g. com.adobe.Photoshop) are installed on your Mac, you will not be able to create unique application-specific settings for each version of the application.

What you can do about it while we fix it: If you deleted the previous version of the application on installation and you want to create application-specific settings unique to the newer version: Open Wacom Center, select the Settings icon and click Reset all settings. Then create the new application-specific settings. (Note that you cannot restore your application-specific settings using a backup file).

If you kept both versions of the application on your computer, there is no workaround.

The cursor may stop moving in some applications during periods of high CPU load.

What you can do about it while we fix it: Wait for the CPU load to go down, or restart the Wacom driver.
