Occasionally, your Wacom device may not display in Wacom Center or Wacom Tablet Properties if the device is connected to the computer during a restart. What you can do about it while we fix it: Unplug and then replug the Wacom device back into the computer. |

If two versions of the same application with the same executable name (e.g. com.adobe.Photoshop) are installed on your Mac, you will not be able to create unique application-specific settings for each version of the application. What you can do about it while we fix it: If you deleted the previous version of the application on installation and you want to create application-specific settings unique to the newer version: Open Wacom Center, select the Settings icon and click Reset all settings. Then create the new application-specific settings. (Note that you cannot restore your application-specific settings using a backup file). |
