What's new in 6.3.38

Continued improvements to functionality to create more efficiencies for customers.

  • This driver release supports the new Wacom One Creative Pen Display DTC133.
  • Improvements that better allow the keyboard, mouse and your Wacom device to work together seamlessly.
  • Easier-to-find current settings for ExpressKeys and pen buttons in drop-down menus.
  • An improved display toggle feature to help save time when switching between multiple displays.
  • Note: This driver marks the official end of support for MacOS 10.11.
  • Also note: Some macOS Security & Privacy settings must be enabled for the Wacom driver to work properly. Please see these instructions for details.

In Catalina (10.15) you cannot launch the keyboard viewer. An error message will display.

What you can do about it while we fix it: Manually launch the the keyboard from the Input menu in the menu bar by selecting Show Keyboard Viewer. (If the command isn't shown, go to System Preferences > Keyboard and select “Show keyboard and emoji viewers in menu bar.”)

Straight line segments are present at the start of a stroke in some applications.

What you can do about it while we fix it: We are working with the application developers to solve the problem. If you experience this problem, check for application updates.

What you can do about it while we fix it: You can use your mouse or touchpad. If you do not have a mouse or touchpad, use the Right or Left arrow keys on your keyboard until your user name is selected and then press Enter.
