Occasionally the command to end Pan/Scroll... is not being processed correctly when triggered from the Pen.

What you can do about it while we fix it: Use an ExpressKey instead of the Pen or Pan/Scroll with the keyboard.

Windows Ink Pen ripples are not showing under the pen tip in certain applications.

What you can do about it while we fix it: It is purely cosmetic. If the ripples are distracting, they can be disabled by unchecking "Use Windows Ink" in the Pen tab.
